Doesn’t work half the time, also NO SUPPORT

I was excited to try this but almost half the time I “shred” a video I just end up with a black screen with music playing in the background. There is absolutely no troubleshooting guide, FAQ or support email.

The few times I have gotten the product to work, the videos have been mediocre. I was really disappointed and would have easily spent the $30 for the full version if it worked.
